Business Account
- There are no fees associated with Business Accounts, these type of accounts are free.
- There is no current limit to the amount of appointments users may schedule with a Business Account in any given month. Schedlist LLC reserves the right to limit the number of appointments scheduled at any time and without warning.
- In no event shall Schedlist LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Schedlist LLC's Internet site, even if Schedlist LLC or a Schedlist LLC authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
User (Non-Business) Account
- There are no fees associated with User Accounts, these type of accounts are free.
9. Governing Law
Any claim relating to Schedlist LLC's web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
